1st outlet in Singapore was @ PARCO in Millenia walk, then moved to current location in 2015. You can enjoy Sushi, Sashimi, Set meal and Niigata local food like as “Hegi Soba”. Hegi Soba is a kind of Soba. It contains “Funori” seaweed which make Soba noodle more nice texture and coloring. Other Niigata local food, “Tochioage (deep fried bean curd)” is also available here. It is around 3 times per a week that fresh fish arrive to the outlet from Japan included Niigata local fish market.
